I was responsible for nurturing and expanding client relationships of Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries such as: retail and e-commerce; technology and consumer electronics; travel and transportation. With an annual revenue portfolio of over $70M, I developed short and long term end-to-end customer experience solutions that aligned to my clients strategy, process optimization, technology innovation, front-office and back-office automation and business transformation. I was responsible for the overall client relationship, pricing and contract negotiation, compliance, invoicing, sales and I had operational oversite of teams globally such as US, Europe, APAC, Central and South America.

I developed and oversaw account strategy for strategic partners that included revenue growth, P&L attainment, development and implementation of successful omni-channel campaigns (digital, social and in-store marketing). I identified risks in client plans, anticipated problems and created solutions to achieve their goals. I acted as an executive sponsor for all client initiatives including new product implementations, program revisions and contract renewals. Client list included the following: Target, Luxottica (LensCafters, Target Optical, Sears Optical and Sunglass Hut), BJ's Wholesale, Bluestem Brands and Shopko.

I oversaw Best Buy Mobile stand alone site development through identification of new sites, providing site-specific investment recommendations, and enabling partnerships with other retail entities. I drafted and executed plans for new store openings, relocation's, renewal investments, and lease terminations for Best Buy Mobile Specialty Stores. I identified opportunities to improve business models, develop plans and tools to streamline processes and cut costs.

Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area

I developed tools and measurements with field leadership to convert and open stores in an accelerated timeline and delivered favorable business results. I led high impact process improvement projects with multi-unit partners. I defined and developed new operating SOPs, training, and productivity models for Best Buy Mobile Store within a Store concept.

Best Buy

I collaborated with Consumer Marketing, Strategy, Merchant, and Retail Leadership teams to build overall marketing strategies and drive time strategies. I partnered with Home Theater merchant teams to streamline vendor negotiations, allowing a uniform approach to our vendors. I aligned with retail teams to strategize and execute market specific promotions. I built employee-facing tools with retail leadership feedback allowing for better field execution. I created reporting tools to measure execution, customer experience, and financial performance. I led the project management of cross-functional work groups.

I established an Integrated Promotional Process with Subscription Services and Geek Squad teams. I drove integrated promotions and campaigns within Computers and Home Theater department. I advocated for the Subscription Services and Geek Squad teams in cross-functional initiatives. I collaborated with Consumer Brand Marketing and Customer Experience teams during drive times to ensure promotions were properly implemented and executed at the retail level.

I provided buying for Sound and Portable CD Accessories, Audio and Video Antenna I implemented and executed new product assortments, and negotiated annual vendor programs including millions of dollars of additional funding on year-over-year basis. I was responsible for P&L control withing Home Theater accessories. I provided product research and analysis for proper vendor management.
