Serve as the lead Alumnae Services staff for Delta Gamma Executive Offices. Guides and directs staff responsibilities related to all alumnae engagement and development efforts including, but not limited to: monthly e-mailings, monthly financial updates, group status changes, managing dues campaigns, assisting with alumnae group tax filings and fee invoicing. Also aids in forming new alumnae groups and supports the extension on collegiate chapters as well as revitalization efforts. Along with the other members of the alumnae team, the ADAED plans and executes training sessions during Conventions and seminars when requested. Communicates with alumnae groups regarding member affiliations, rosters and group status changes. Assists with the alumna initiate program and the reinstatement process. Coordinates the Fraternity awards, processes award certificates and documents recipients in Anchorbase.
