For almost a decade I have gained international experience as a business consultant in Finance, Energy and Telecommunication services. I am highly people focused and passionate about solving problems and implementing sustainable change. I started my career as a lawyer In Scotland, spending two years in private practice before moving in-house to work for a large UK bank. The analytical and problem solving skills I developed as a lawyer became the foundation of my career as a Business Consultant. In 2012 I moved to Melbourne, Australia and became a Business Consultant for both Finance and Energy sectors. I led a variety of national projects in standardization, automation, process redesign and change management and achieved Lean Six Sigma and Change Management certification. In 2015, I moved to Vancouver, Canada and worked for a large telecommunications provider as part of their Operational Excellence team. I led a successful and transformational process redesign program to recover and recycle assets for front line technicians. The program enabled savings of $1.3m within the first year of implementation. In 2018 I had our first daughter and in 2019 we spent 6 months in Scotland before permanently returning to Australia in January 2020. I was re-employed by Equibt Group in April 2020 and have since worked there on a freelance basis in between having our second daughter early 2021.
