Manage a team of 12-15 staff and a budget in excess of $2M.Successful delivery of the following Exhibitions:• Mark the Spot – Exhibition celebrating the 60th anniversary of the Canada Council for the Arts • Constructed Identities -First exhibition to put disability at the heart of the presentation • Thunderstruck: Physical Landscapes – Included artworks from the Art Bank and several loans • Thresholds–Participatory artwork by Michel de Broin, loan from Quartier des spectacles• Open Channels- Canada C3 partner exhibition celebrating the Canada 150 sailing expedition • Awakening- Partner exhibition with the Office of the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario. Exhibition travelled to UN Headquarters in New York and Geneva and the World Climate Conference in Bonn, Germany. Subsequently installed in Âjagemô. -

Included a $7.4M budget for the Canadian and Indigenous Galleries, and a $3.2M budget for the Venice Biennale, the largest exhibition budget to date, and oversight of all aspects of the project. • Responsible for managing the related project budgets, implementing a project management strategy, mitigating risks, documenting progress and reporting regularly. -
