Provide coaching, training, and modeling of individual/group work and counseling-related services identified on student’s Individualized Education Plans (IEP), and 504 Plans with over 100+ School Social Workers district-wide using scientifically research-based based interventions to enhance their skills in the school environment.Provide Clinical Supervision to School Social Workers and School Counselor staff.

As a Lead School and Community Support Site Coordinator, my role is served as a school-based coordinator, while also serving on the district leadership team to plan for a transition of our City Connects work to an internal district system. As a Support Site Coordinator, the role supports a student service delivery system that leverages school and community resources tailored to the unique strengths and needs of students. Each student will have a profile that addresses his/her strengths and needs in the areas of academics, social/emotional/behavioral growth, health and family. As a site coordinator at the school level, I use this information to connect students to individualized services that, for example, might include after school programming, out of school supports, mental health, and other essential services.
