While contracted with Verizon in the NOC through Calance, I oversaw a block of cell tower locations within the United States by maintaining their function with internal troubleshooting and, if needed, calling cell site technicians out to perform onsite troubleshooting. In addition, I responded to phone calls into the NOC from cell technicians needing to verify active alarms at specific cell sites, including monitoring power, maintenance times, and comprehensive alarm testing. Along with troubleshooting these alarms over the phone with the cell site technicians.
