Since October 2022, I have been working as a National Management Trainee (NGDP) at Royal Borough of Greenwich, rotating around four placements over two years. My core competencies include communication, teamwork, and product knowledge.I have work on projects and services delivered within the council, alongside this I have completed various qualifications including the ILM Level 7 in Leadership and Management and Prince2 Project Management qualification. My first placement was in Children's Services Quality Improvement, where I contributed to enhancing the outcomes and experiences of children and families in the borough. My second placement was in Digital and Customer Service, where I supported the delivery of digital transformation and customer service improvement initiatives. My third placement in Change and Improvement, where I facilitated organizational change and improvement across the council and my last and current placement is working with the council's regeneration and business team. Through these placements, I have developed my skills in project management, data analysis, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and innovation. I am motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of the residents and communities of Greenwich, and to learn from the diverse and talented teams I work with.
