I managed a training project on a short-term temporary basis for NCI Resources Limited. I was responsible for the planning, implementation, monitoring and reviewing of the company's new iPad training programme for 150 Agents. This involved remotely supporting many Agents that were very uncomfortable with technology.

I worked for The Be Smart Group Limited as the Group HR Manager and Executive Assistant to the Group MD. I was responsible for providing an effective HR service to the business and managed all HR functions including recruitment, staffing, training and development, employee relations, disciplinary, grievance and redundancy including all transactional.

I worked within NCI Resources for 12 years, progressing through the company with roles including: Administrative Assistant, Client Liaison, Team Leader, HR and MI Team Leader, Supervisor. I created all MI and HR documentation, processes, improvements and changes within the company and was responsible for finding solutions to many varied business issues.
