During my 25+ year career, I have partnered with nonprofits to develop effective fundraising campaigns, build strong leadership teams and empower them with tools to carry out their mission. I have co-founded two full-service consulting firms and helped 400+ schools, camps, synagogues, community, and human service organizations raise hundreds of millions of dollars, create growth strategies and recruit exceptional executives. I am proud to serve as CEO and Founder of Evolve Giving Group, a full-service consulting firm that provides fundraising and hiring services to nonprofits with a people-first approach. My specialties include independent schools, social services agencies, religious agencies, and cultural/arts organizations. I’m passionate about all things fundraising, and my consulting and training expertise includes major gifts, capital campaigns, board and staff development, and strategic planning. As a Jewish professional myself, I have deep experience working with Jewish day schools, camps, synagogues, and federations. I see leadership development as a key to success in any fundraising campaign or capacity-building endeavor and have facilitated dozens of trainings for nonprofits, universities, and conferences.
