Provide direction and guidance to management on a wide variety of issues such as staff recruitment, hiring, on-boarding and retention, compensation, labor relations and performance management.

Served as a leader in developing and fostering a strong, positive culture that embraces the agency's Four Core: Self-Leadership/Accountability, Creativity/Innovation, Customer Service and Teamwork/Collaboration.
