The Panama logistic team for which this role is part is responsible for warehouse operations (inbound, storage, outbound), transport (carrier management, inbound, outbound), gifting / relabeling management, documentation and operational budget, comply with international trade agreements, drive optimization and implement the projects required to achieve the hub objectives.The overall running of the operations, requires not only the management of the day to day following the Operational Excellence standards, best in class costs and thorough 3PL management, but also, the projects required to further extend the Panama Hub value added and non-value added services to current customers and new customer• Deliver the operational cost base for the Panama Hub operations• Deliver import and export orders book of every month, quarter and year end anticipating and escalating all decisions required to guarantee capacity in all aspects.• Ensures full compliance with CARM, Diageo Code of Conduct and all the DIAGEO policies local or global, with focus in stock reconciliation, SLOB management and destruction.• Deliver all the documentary requirements linked to the shipments for the different customers to guarantee the seamless flow of goods• Performs other related duties as assigned. Operational responsibilities related to the day to day execution of systems transactions, analyses performance, generate information / documentation required inbound and outbound operations, keep close communication with 3PL, carriers and customer service among other ad hoc assigned activities.
