• Responsible for experiential and environmental project management with numerous National accounts such as Verizon, McAfee, Stanford University and Northern Trust working internally with UI / UX and graphic designers, engineers, and programmers for both front end and back end development.• Managed milestone dates and budgets for accounts working in Webvantage, coordinating the entire user experience from environmental 2D and 3D elements, and interactive experiences focusing on Executive Briefing Centers. Worked with construction and AV partners to coordinate space buildouts from entire teardowns to remodels of corporate spaces.

• Responsible for project coordination with the Converse client, onsite designers, and vendor coordination for graphic production and store installs for Converse Foot, Inc. accounts (FootLocker, Champs, FootAction).• Worked on in store events such as a Nordstrom shop-in-shop buildout at 8 locations for Converse, as well as event coordination for Wiz Khalifa and activation events both in LA and NY.• Managed budgets for $2-3m accounts working in Workamajig and client communication through Basecamp.

Past experience in agency and retail Project Management which includes handling retail campaign and product launches from design through install at the corporate level. Responsible for managing multiple projects/campaigns all at different phases of production. Handled any collateral and traffic driving needs while working in tandem with Marketing for one-off offset, direct mail, flexo (for bags) and screen printing (specialty items) projects. Currently working with designers and agencies to project manage assets and file deliveries along with retail graphic changeout installs.

Coordinated with internal Marketing and Creative teams to launch North America campaign changeouts with collateral support, giving production/cost efficiencies input and solutions at time of concepting.
