Responsible for all operations and direct oversight in the Greater Southeast territory covering the 10 United States of: Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida. Reporting directly to the President and supporting 20 existing chapters (regionally comprised of 600+ CEOs and spouses' memberships) by fostering the employment of best practices within the framework of Legatus National and local chapter bylaws. Regional Vice President acts as a conduit between chapters and the parent organization, providing specific services to chapters daily such as, but not limited to: • Membership development (recruiting, closing, orientating)• Chapter and Chapter Officer development (attend board meetings/chapter events, contribute to agendas, provide Officer orientations, participate in conferences/calls and caucuses)• Assist in event development (speakers, venues, meeting logistics, contract negotiations, etc.) • Directly support all Chapter Presidents and work collegially with Chapter Officers and Legatus National• Direct Supervision of 19 Chapter Administrators & 1 National Chapter Development Officer • Serve as the chief Legatus liaison with local dioceses, Chapter Chaplains and regional chapters• Mentor and collaborate with senior chapter leadership to achieve chapter and organizational goals• Provide support services to the Executive Director/President and parent organization as requested (Summits, conferences, media, etc.)

Responsible for all operations and direct oversight in the Greater Midwest territory covering the 7 United States of: Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Wisconsin and Kentucky . Responsible daily for directly overseeing 23 Legatus chapters (consisting of 650+ CEO's and spouses) with the mission to continue studying, living and spreading the Catholic Faith in our personal and professional lives.

Responsible for developing relationships, recruiting members and charting Legatus chapters within the Great Lakes Region. Direct oversight in planning and successful execution of chapter events. Spearheaded the chartering of six new GL chapters: South Bend (IN), DuPage County (IL), Rockford (IL), St. Charles (IL), Madison (WI), Downtown Chicago (IL).

Hired as a founding server to open Steubenville OH restaurant location and quickly promoted to Corporate Trainer. Responsible for training new servers in-store upon hire. Assisted with opening new restaurant in Youngstown, OH and trained new employees in duties and responsibilities to provide excellent service and hospitality to our customers.
