I have a degree in English Language, BA (Hons) 1st class, and have utilised this throughout my career, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and dedication to producing work of a high standard.My experience covers all aspects of administration and payroll from a managerial standpoint, from the perspective of both recruitment agency and umbrella payroll provider. My knowledge of these practices led me to progress to an office management role, responsible for the entire back office recruitment process and the delivery of a separate payroll provider, simultaneously.I decided to use my insight to undertake a new position within recruitment, though from a different angle to that of administration/ payroll.My current role as Recruitment Resourcer, at Anderselite, provides me with the opportunity to use my previous experience and apply my industry knowledge, to provide a thorough service within the sector of white collar construction.
