I proudly call Eugene, Oregon home, though my roots are in Roseburg. My hometown holds a special place in my heart, but the vibrant community of Eugene has inspired me to explore new horizons.My career in sales and marketing began in 2005 with Kendall Auto Group as a sales consultant at Kendall Ford. Being referred to as "the son my father never had" ignited my determination to succeed in a predominantly male industry. I not only met expectations but exceeded them—advancing from branding efforts to corporate training and ultimately becoming the Director of Digital Marketing. I then embraced the role of Community Outreach and Employee Engagement Director, where I leveraged my marketing skills to make a meaningful impact in our community.Most recently, I took on the role of Eugene Digital Marketing Sales Manager at Sinclair Broadcast Group. With over 18 years of experience and a deep understanding of our remarkable community, I am dedicated to helping local businesses navigate their marketing challenges, share their stories, and grow their enterprises.In just eight months, I was honored with the opportunity to become the Station Manager and Sales Director for NBC 16 KMTR. I am thrilled about our team's direction and the partnerships we are building to support our community in 2024.Beyond my professional journey, I take immense pride in my community involvement. I currently serve as the Board President for the Boys & Girls Club of Emerald Valley and actively participate in the Relief Nursery Leadership Board, Eugene Police Foundation Board, Ems Community Foundation Board, just completed my time on the Shadow Hills Country Club Board, and as the founding director of Oregon Christmas for Kids.Family is my cornerstone. I have been happily married for 25 years and am blessed with four exceptional sons, three grandsons, a beautiful granddaughter, and three wonderful daughters-in-love. Our home is also filled with the joy of four adorable dogs.
