• The Time and Expense Operations Supervisor provides direct supervision and oversight to a team of 10-20 associates to manage time capture and expense activities for an assigned region. The TES is a partner to the field offices to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience. The TES provides input to process design and drive continuous process improvement focused on standardization and quality improvement. They serve as an escalation point for complex inquiries, issues in timesheet, expense data, absence documentation etc. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems• This role strives to produce an exemplary scorecard, be well versed in business compliance, have a high level of professionalism and customer service, maintain effective culture and teamwork, and continuously train and develop themselves and others.
