Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC), a Berkshire Hathaway company, is a worldwide, diversified manufacturer of complex metal components and products serving the aerospace, power, and general industrial markets. With a few exceptions, every aircraft in the sky flies with parts made by PCC. PCC is on a multi-year journey to migrate all their divisions from disparate HR systems to a common Workday HRIS. As a program manager, I am responsible for driving various aspects of this project and ensuring each phase is completed on-time and within budget.

- Planned, organized and managed the department’s functions including strategy, resource plan, operations and budget- Recruited, hired, directed, motivated and continuously developed staff- Developed and sustained cost effective and efficient operations for HRIS and Reporting functions- Established, staffed and grew the Analytics arm of the department- Developed and spearheaded the technology strategy for Human Resources (e.g., Workday vendor selection, PeopleSoft HCM Improvement Program)

Strategic Partner for the Administration line of business consisting of Human Resources, Records and Information Management Systems, Business Continuity Emergency Management and Corporate Security departments.- Built strong working relationships with the business clients and management.- Advocated for clients’ needs while ensuring solutions implemented are in alignment with business objectives as well as IT’s core principles and strategies.- Established collaborative sessions with senior managers from all functional areas to break down silos and enable cohesive business direction.- Supported projects in various capacities (e.g., Integrations lead for the implementation of Workforce Time and Attendance System).- Process Owner for the Service Level Management (SLM) process within the larger IT Service Management (ITSM) initiative which also included implementing Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Asset and Configuration Management processes while leveraging the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework. Successfully created Corporate SLM policy as well as a negotiated and signed SLA for Corporate Services.

- Supervisor of the IT team supporting various packaged and home-grown Human Resource applications including PeopleSoft HRMS 8.8/9.1 (HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Manager and Employee Self Service), PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management, Time Collection System, Incentive Management System, and Applicant Contractor Employee Screening System.Responsibilities included:- Working closely with clients and technical team daily to scope, prioritize and negotiate delivery dates for maintenance and enhancement work requests- Providing technical leadership on projects (Manager Self Service, Employee Self Service, PS Enterprise Learning Management implementation, Union contract system impacts, and IGreenTree Hiring Manager implementation)- Coordinating the application of PS Tools upgrades, PS application patches, and PS Tax Releases- Ensuring adherence to SOX controls by conducting monthly SOX reviews - Developing and tracking annual team scorecard, individual performance incentive compensation goals and development plans
