I have worked in the Cultural sector for 25 years and my passion and further study has focused on organisational change and dynamics. My background is arts venues and venue management with the bulk of my career spent in multi-artform venues presenting a wide range of performance and community activity on both subsidised and commercial financial models. I worked for 9 years at Arts Council England covering the Director roles of Touring, East of England and latterly Change Programmes where I led on the development fo the Arts Councils Investment Principles https://www.artscouncil.org.uk/our-investment-principles and Creative Health strategy https://www.artscouncil.org.uk/publication/creative-health-wellbeing Alongside my current role at Battersea I freelance as an organisational development advisor. My focus is mainly small to medium cultural organisations looking to grow or change. I have 3 kids, live very rurally, and love gardening!
