WHAT I DO: I optimize care for the oncology patient population by integrating medical content into technology platforms for clinicians and patients. Heavily involved in clinical research, I merge my comprehensive medical research and software/clinical informatics background to advance the rapidly evolving healthcare industry, advocating for systems changes to accommodate clinical research.WHY IT MATTERS: Rapid developments in clinical trials often leave large gaps in complementary technology systems, resulting in complex challenges for both patients and clinicians. There is an urgency to link technology with science in this field due to the number of patients on trial. I develop systems that easily adjust to quick turnarounds and needed flexibility. WHO I WORK WITH: I regularly work within both the oncology and pharmacy domains, serving as a tactical mentor for medical oncologists, pharmacists, clinical research scientists, nurses, and nurse practitioners. My depth of clinical and oncology experience has given me a breadth of healthcare exposure throughout health systems, payer programs, technology/software outfits, and a large, national oncology organization. WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT: My advanced skill set and expansive experience have uniquely positioned me as an oncology clinician and pharmacist. I have worked in multiple settings, each requiring a progression in skills to meet project targets and coach teams. I am also a champion at navigating remote environments requiring structured independence.
