Centura is one of the largest non-profit Health Care organizations in Colorado and expands into Western Kansas serving 21,000 associates, 17 hospitals, 14 affiliate hospital locations, health neighborhoods, health at home, urgent care centers and emergency rooms, mountain clinics, 100+ physician practices, and clinics, and Flight For Life® Colorado. I was an integral member of the Senior Executive Council of Centura Health, one of Colorado’s largest non-profit Health Care organizations, leading organizational design and workforce planning initiatives and ensures that all human capital processes and initiatives are in alignment with Centura Health’s mission, vision, core values, strategies, and goals.Responsibilities included:• Responsible for leading all aspects of the human resources operations across the system including talent acquisition, total rewards, talent development, HR compliance, employee/labor relations, occupational health, employee assistance, wellness, and diversity and inclusion ensuring that the functions are transforming to a value-based model that is progressive and relevant, and outside in thinking with continuous process improvement.• Provided leadership that supported the strategic direction of the organization, creating effective and cohesive operational environments and teams, promoting ethical and legal business and mission practices, fostering collaboration, simplification, and efficiency in decision-making. • Brought diversity and inclusion to the forefront of the organization’s priorities developing the first Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Council.
