Working within IBM's Services Brand, responsible for driving new and existing mid market relationships with Small - Medium Businesses, across the north of the country.Utilising my product knowledge within Services brand, I aim to work with our customers to overcome business issues, whether these are at line of business or C Level.Working closely with my extended team, brand resource, and our business partners to ensure the customer’s expectations are met, and business is closed in a timely, satisfactory manor.

Single point of contact for all Mid Market UK customers. Responsible for driving new and existing relationships between IBM, End Users and the Business Partner Community. Utilising my cross brand product knowledge to Identify new opportunities for the business, and supporting the BPO team in providing new leads to the teams Business Partners. For all non hardware opportunities, I work directly with the Brand Teams to ensure opportunities are correctly qualified, warm handovers supplied and correct owners assigned. Also interlocking with our Marketing team, I am responsible for all lead generation into Mid Market as a result from Tele, Web. & Event marketing. Again, utilising my cross brand product knowledge to ensure all avenues of discussion are explored, and each lead is maximised to generate quality, qualified opportunities for the Mid Market team.

Responsible for driving new and existing relationships between IBM, and their customers through outbound sales and lead generation. Utilising my product knowledge within Hardware, Software and Services to overcome business issues affecting our customers at line of business and C level engagements. Working closely with my extended team, brand resource, and our business partners to ensure the customer’s expectations are met, and business is closed in a timely, satisfactory manor. During 2009, I identified and closed the first Arsenal opportunity within Europe and successfully graduated from IBM Global Sales School.

Business Development Manager for one of the largest Sub-prime Lenders in the UK, I am responsible for managing our key account at a UK level, ensuring that all introducers and branches are kept up to date with Products, Criteria, and Strategy to optimise our presence within each office, and increase wallet share. Knowing our competitors daily changing criteria is key to enable a successful and profitable account. Discussing, researching, developing and implementing exclusive products for this account to again increase a profitable share of wallet.

I achieved successive promotions at TML, advancing from a Mortgage Processor, Senior Mortgage Processor, Team Coach, to a Customer Continuity Specialist. Drawing from my experience gained at Solent Mortgage Services I was asked to set up a subsidiary of TMLFS. I was responsible for building all processes and procedures, Internal and External relationships, and manage new staff into the business. At the time I moved to the Continuity Specialist role, it had grown from a 2-man operation to a 20 person team completing in excess of £10m in mortgages per calendar month. Customer Continuity Specialist was again drawing from my vast lender, product and criteria knowledge, while allowing me to move into a sales role. Focusing on assisting customers with refinancing their homes, usually under threat of repossession, in most circumstances the customers profile had changed from initial application so it would be required for me to negotiate with lenders to lend outside of their policy, or negotiate with the exhibiting mortgage company to reduce the total debt outstanding. I left TMLFS to join GE Money Home Lending as a Business Development Manager as a natural career progression.
