Reviews and assembles completed field investigations for compliance with national standards and customer requirements. Reviews Field Investigator reports to ensure they are reasonable and accurate. Provides mentoring and training to investigators and/or new reviewers on technique, procedures, and use of job-related computer systems. Provides guidance to staff regarding concerns, policy and procedures, and issues raised during the conduct of an investigation. Tracks and maintains case review log.Assesses reports of investigations for completeness and quality standards set by the customer. Assigns a timeliness and quality evaluation. Makes a final assessment on cases for release to the client, or return to investigator. Approves reports and submits them accordingly.
