My primary responsibilities include:Training Program Scheduling: I plan and schedule first aid training sessions for the Central North Island, ensuring that they align with the needs and availability of participants. This involves coordinating with trainers, participants and businesses to find suitable dates and times for the training.Registration and Enrollment: I assist with the registration and enrollment process for participants interested in attending first aid training. This includes handling inquiries, processing registrations, and helping maintain accurate participant records.Training Logistics: I coordinate the logistical aspects of training sessions, including reserving training venues and ensuring they meet our requirements for an adequate learning environment.Communication and Coordination: As an administrator, I serve as the primary point of contact for participants and trainers. I communicate essential details such as training schedules, venue information, and any pre-training requirements to ensure a smooth training experience.Certification and Records Management: I oversee the certification process for participants who successfully complete the training. This includes issuing certificates and maintaining accurate records of training completion for compliance purposes.Training Evaluation: After each training session, I collect feedback from participants and trainers.
