Drive predictable and scalable revenue growth.• Oversee the strategy and daily operations of the Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Professional Services and Technical Services teams.• Develop and implement end-to-end revenue operations strategies and financial forecasting that align with the company’s growth objectives.• Lead the optimization of sales, marketing, and customer success workflows, ensuring seamless integration and data flow across functions.• Design and track revenue KPIs and metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, activation, retention) to ensure scalable and sustainable growth.• Design and implement go-to-market strategy that emphasizes data- driven processes for customer acquisition, expansion and retention, leveraging analytics to continuously optimize our efforts.• Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of revenue tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, project management, customer success platforms, etc.) to support efficient and scalable growth.• Ensure data integrity across systems and ensure that all customer-facing teams have access to the right tools and insights to drive performance.• Reporting to the COO, provide strategic guidance to senior leadership and key stakeholders on revenue trends, challenges, and opportunities.
