Shifted career focus in 2018 to the Professional Services & Customer Success space, where I spend my time doing what I truly love - implementing programs and overseeing projects & processes that improve the customer experience. My initial focus was within Services Operations as an Analyst and Project Manager. Most recently, I joined the Adoption Services team where I've functioned as an Enablement Manager and as of 11/2024, Manager of the Hypercare Team.My “previous life” was spent in the Talent Acquisition space, where I worked my way up from entry-level recruiter to manage a global TA function. I established expertise in topics such as developing full-cycle recruiting strategies; positioning the TA team as a partner to hiring managers & the organization at large; growing/managing University Relations and internship programs; and developing departmental operations strategy.
