For 14 years now I've worked as a medical receptionist/admin , I feel I've learnt a lot, I'm a very good communicator , and work good under pressure. On a daily basis my job role involves opening the surgery up and getting everything ready for the day, making appointments via telephone or face to face, printing of prescription's ready for doctors to sign, using docman to scan hospital letters and to distribute to the right person. Code any medical updates to patients notes, also summarize patients notes. I also keep updated with my training by using bluestream and I've been trained in C.P.R and in 2016 passed my business studies. I am now looking for a new challenge in my life...
