• Provide analytical support & insights on Unilever’s Customers – Loblaws, Shoppers Drug Mart and Rexall• Proactively analyze and review data on current business and identify opportunities or potential problems • Execute and maintain reports for performance, planning, forecasting, and trends• Leverage data and visualization tools to aid in decision-making and to illustrate insights and recommendations for the business and customers• Deliver analytic insights that help the team decide optimal assortment recommendations for in-store displayers and planograms

• Lead marketing campaigns across multiple brand categories by planning, executing, and generating post-campaign analysis• Develop in-store and digital marketing elements, and PowerPoint presentation decks in collaboration with internal sales and brand teams, external marketing agencies and partners, and retailer clients• Monitor and track campaign success across platforms to deliver strategic insights for future campaigns• Maintain seamless and integrated communications across brand teams, sales teams, retailer clients, and external agencies and partners

• Research, generate and present reports on market analysis, competitor analysis, and consumer insights• Find new product listing opportunities for different customer channels and product categories to generate profits and sales• Lead a product development project for the Dollar Channel by working with the brand, finance, trade, supply chain, and sales teams• Assist key account managers in preparing account sales plans and business and category reviews• Prepare gifting and ISV presentations for the sales team and clients

• Create and manage content for social media channels, the company website, and newsletters• Research and report about travel restrictions, customer insights, social listening, competitive benchmarking, and future travel projections• Research and present new B2B/B2T communication and new CSR partnership ideas

• Coordinate and lead sales associates at major cosmetic retailers such as Sephora, Shoppers Drug Mart, Hudson's Bay, Holt Renfrew, etc. to help achieve the company's daily sale targets• Inform and assist customers regarding products offered to satisfy their needs• Actively promote new product launches by installing new displays, gifts, and ISVs
