Amy Healey is a 27 year veteran in the executive recruiting business. Amy got her career start at the Connecticut based search firm, Hobson Associates, where she was mentored by industry trainer, Danny Cahill. She specialized in placing software sales and sales leadership and was recognized as the Rookie of the Year in 1998. She became a partner in the firm after 5 years in the business and subsequently promoted to Director of Training. Amy worked with CEOs and VPs of Sales, scaling their teams in Document and Content Management. She was co-founder of the industry training company, AccordingToDanny. Amy has spoken a numerous industry events including the National Association of Personnel Services, several state and regional associations, and the Pinnacle Society annual meeting. After the birth of her daughter in 2009, Amy joined Lucas Group as the Director of Sales Operations. In a dual role, reporting directly to the CEO, Andi Jennings, she built the internal recruiting team from scratch. This team would ultimately become a department of internal recruiters supporting over 80 managers across 15 offices in 7 divisions. This team recruited and placed recruiters and leadership in Accounting & Finance, Legal, Technology, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, and Military Transition. Amy authored and delivered a best in class New Associate Training Program, hiring and training over 2000 new hires over a period of 8 years. In 2012 and 2019, Amy was the recipient of the coveted Presidential Award. In March of 2020, Amy joined the small, but mighty team of executive recruiters at Paul Bridges Group. Familiar with PBG from their long-term partnership with Lucas Group, Amy wanted to continue recruiting recruiters and leadership but broaden the number of options available to her candidates.
