I am a graduate of Western Washington University, where I earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a minor in Communication Studies. I am a Recruiting Coordinator at Spherion Seattle, a new branch of a global staffing agency located in northern Seattle. My academic and professional experiences have equipped me with a robust skill set that includes marketing analysis, digital marketing, branding, project management, sales, organic social media strategies, and end-to-end recruitment.To add onto my current involvement, I am the External Vice-President of the Northwest Vietnamese Student Association. I oversee 12 university clubs and organize seasonal events that foster community engagement among our nonprofit's constituents. My leadership in this role has allowed me to champion values of equity and inclusion, empowering young adults to actively serve their communities. I also manage annual philanthropic projects that encourage regional participation in giving back.With a strong foundation in leadership and project management, I am well-prepared to tackle challenging tasks and meet organizational needs. My experience has not only enabled me to excel in diverse work environments but has also allowed me to raise substantial funds for philanthropic initiatives and consistently exceed performance goals.
