- Processing written requests and investigating claims from customers (in English, Ukrainian and Russian) and taking appropirate actions;- Ensuring customer requests are handled in a timely manner and in compliance with terms and conditions, company rules and applicable laws;- Making accurate and timely entries to the system, keeping track of interactions with customers at every step.

- Expanding the network of sunflower seed suppliers and negotiating wholesale deals;- Verifying new counterparties, ensuring accuracy and timely exchange of contracts, invoices and transport documents.

- Providing interpretation (English-Ukrainian, English-Russian and vice versa) during meetings with representatives of international organizations, foreign municipalities and media;- Maintaining communication with such representatives regarding ongoing and future joint projects;- Writing articles, press releases, social media posts, preparing speeches, biographical notes, tables, graphs, presentations and other written materials for meetings (in English and Ukrainian); - Accompanying journalists and teams of international media during their work in Kryvyi Rih city, assisting them in matters of coordination with city authorities, institutions and companies, as well as interpretation and navigation;- Taking notes during meetings, ensuring adequate and timely performance of arrangements agreed upon during this meetings (by monitoring and coordinating the work of responsible individuals and units within the city municipality);- Planning the logistics of work trips of the Deputy Mayor and other municipality officials to European countcies, including preparation of internal official documentation for work trips, special documentation needed to cross the national border, purchasing tickets, booking hotels, drafting schedules;- Assistance with planning, advertising and holding public events aimed at helping vulnerable population such as IDPs and children, strengthening the connection between Kryvyi Rih city and European cities, and other- Preparing nameplates for meetings, organizing seating and necessary materials, meeting guest delegations and escorting guests to the meeting room;- Various small tasks typical for a personal assistant.

- Interaction with foreign partners and international organizations, including international rating agencies, embassies of foreign countries in Ukraine, twin cities and partner cities from other countries (preparation of meetings, invitations to events, implementation of joint projects);- Interaction with Ukrainian government bodies, local governments of other cities, enterprises, banking institutions, investors;- Translation of correspondence and draft agreements, translation of articles and information published on web resources;- Experience with electronic documentation management software.

- Drafting business letters, preparing presentations, reports, keeping records;- Monitoring grant opportunities and project competitions, preparing project applications;- Translating of articles, letters, presentations from English into Ukrainian/Russian and vice versa;- Assistance in planning, organizing and hosting mass events (EUROFEST - Day of Europe in Kryvyi Rih; Industrial Fest), various trainings and master classes.
