I'm currently working on creating and maintaining e-commerce projects on the Odoo ERP system, also developing custom modules for business needs.

- Development and implementation of experiential projects as project leader for sports, low-alcohol and automotive brands in one team with design, tech, legal and PR departments.- Proposal preparations, selection of sites, creative content of events, CE drafting and negotiations with procurement, docflow with contractors and the clients. - Day2day communication with the clients during ongoing projects and site-work.- Work with artists, British and Dutch agencies. Implementation of small projects with OL and celebs for sport and FMCG brands.

- Development and maintenance of the project in the dark market channel, including the functionality of the Account Manager. Rehearsals with brass band, selection of playlists and looks for artists and staff, production of materials and branding of clothing, weekly promotions in Moscow top bars, reports to the client.- Implementation of a large-scale social project in Ulan-Ude, Nizhny Tagil and Ufa in close cooperation with PR and Production departments. Work with local governments,development and production of branding for ice rinks, also for opening ceremonies and pressconferences, including gifts to journalists and guests, logistics of all materials from Moscow.Coordination of the opening ceremony in all three cities -- announcement in the city, scenario of the event, hiring promo staff and local figure skating talents. Full documentary and financial maintenanceof the project.- Sunglasses NCP. POSM, mechanics and KV-based website development, logistics of materials for shops in more than 50 cities, coordination of website support services.

Participation in the development and implementation of projects: event, promo, BTL, NCP. Calculation of CE and negotiations with procurement, control of docflow with clients and contractors, interaction with organisators of major exhibitions and festivals.- Beer brand zone at Jazz Festival in the park. Development the concept of the brand zone and brand integration in festival. Installation of Wi-Fi point with an entry page for CRM collection, photo and video reports, bbq zone for guests, work with promo staff.- Food festival "Oh, yes! Food!" in St. Petersburg. Installation and dismantling of a brand tent on the main square. Development of a scenario plan, work with promo staff and a MC, production and rental of equipment and materials, support of activities at the two-day festival.- International aviation and space salon "MAKS 2015". Brand zone for Bank and Insurance company. Calculation of estimates, prep of docs, approval of drawings, accreditation, construction and dismantling of the chalet, organisation of transfer and catering for the client and his partners at the exhibition.- Taxi Promo. Attracting attention to the taxi service by installing a branded car in the largest shopping malls in Moscow, distributing coupons for free rides, and helping to install the application. Hiring and coordination of promo staff, booking and interactions with the site.- Batteries NCP. Calculation of CE, development of an address program, booking of grocery networks and supermarkets, POSM production, product labeling, logistics, work with the feedback of the campaign.

Media relations and SMM (IT / tech clients). - Communication with journalists, initiation of publications in print and online media. - Handling official pages of a client in social networks e.g. Facebook, VK, Twitter, Foursquare.- Content generation, communication with users and other activities, that helps to reach more than 2500 likes on Facebook and over 10000 active users on VK.

VISA ad campaigns handling (ATL - OOH‚ Prints; BTL – premium and banks projects). - Communication with the client on current and future projects (business correspondence and creating briefs‚ presentations‚ etc.), communication with other departments inside the agency. - Preparation of competitor activities analysis, finance and legal documents coordination. - Moscow Fashion Week October’08 – site work and preparation of final report.
