Main responsibilities:• Preparation of the monthly reporting package and variance analyses;• KPIs Cockpit preparation as well as performance and action plans follow-up;• Coordination of the annual budget process and monitoring its monthly execution; • Prepare forecast analyses and financial projections.

Main responsabilities:• Supporting and monitoring the industrial operations in 3 of the 9 plants of Frulact Group (Frulact South Africa, Frulact Germany and Frulact Switzerland);• Cost monitoring;• Activity-based costing in order to identify deviations and perform root cause analysis;• Development and assessment of KPIs;• Ad-hoc analysis with insights to support the business and decision-making processes.

As part of the Management Control team, most of my duties consisted of providing knowledgeable and reliable information, along with its critical analysis, to colleagues and senior management, as well as improving the existent controlling tools and building new ones in a continuous attempt to assure the best possible monitoring of the business.Main responsabilities:• Working alongside the Production and the Information Technology departments in a combined effort to design and implement a reliable management control system; • Preparation of management reports regarding the monthly results of each construction site as well as its deviation from the budget and the defined target;• KPIs analysis;• Analysis of the individual financial statements of different companies in the group.

As an interim substitute in the Cost Accounting Department, my job consisted of estimating the various costs involved in the manufacturing process of a product, such as material costs, labor costs and other expenses. Main responsabilities:• Analysis of requirements and specifications of a variety of textile articles in order to determine their industrial cost, and therefore providing guidance to production and commercial-related decisions;• Critical analysis of data regarding equipment and processes, working closely with the differentproduction areas;• Stock valorization.

Main responsabilities: • Preparation of the monthly Reporting of various companies of Moretextile Group such as Coelima Indústrias Têxteis S.A., JMA Felpos S.A., Morecoger - Energia, S.A. and the consolidated figures of MoreTextile Group;• Coordinate the preparation of the monthly Reporting of the group’s international subsidiaries, assisting their information requests and providing all the help needed;• Providing key financial information to shareholders through Cognos Business Intelligence Platform; • Preparation of the monthly Turnover Report of Moretextile Group and comparison of the figures with those of the Forecast and Business Plan;• Producing information regarding stocks such as client/collection associated to the article and its antiquity;• Producing other specific information for finance and non-finance colleagues, as necessary;• Implementation and development of controlling tools such as regular updates on the Reporting files to meet needs within and outside the Management Control team, as well as creation of other tools and systems to ensure the monitoring of the business performance;• Participation in the process of Business Planning as well as deviation analysis throughout the year.
