- Outage Management – perform root cause analysis of power outages, including field investigations.- Power Quality – analyze meter data and consult customers to address service concerns.- Grid Reliability – evaluate feeder performance tools and historical relay data to identify high outage - frequency areas as potential targets for future grid improvement projects.- Protection – use CYMTCC software to verify fuses and reclosers are coordinating properly with field equipment.
