For this job, I never left cashier. I did not leave the cashier not because I did not want to but because my store manager & shift managers believed that this was my best role and fit. I always tried other departments and was given the best advice that it was by far one of the best workers Tjmaxx had. I was able to not only engage in a personal level with customers, I also gave them the high quality satisfaction in customer service. I was also able to share the benefits of the store card and overall on my best days took about 9 cards per week and on my worst days still would leave with 5 per week.

For this job, I was a shift lead. This job allowed me to gain a personal aspect with customers and gave me the chance to grow as a person. I was able to close the store and learned to have great engagement and communication with everyone around the store. I was also mainly able to practice my fluent Spanish and English.

As a front desk representative, I learned and practiced more customer service. Nevertheless, this job allowed me to learn the financial aspect of the work industry and took over bill payments and surgery payments for procedures. I was also able to practice marketing and worked on the website for the job to help boost our office goal.

I was a barista and when needed a cook. I learned and practiced many qualities such as multitasking and customer service. I also continued learning how to develop more and more patience and when to complete a customer satisfaction. I learned that a drink can be made 5 times the same way but if a customer leaves happy and with a smile after the 5th retry, it was worth it!
