I facilitate workshops regarding strategic planning, digital inclusion and gender violence prevention. This courses are mainly directed to women entrepreneurs in the state of Chiapas, Mexico.

Between the projects I lead while I was working in CT, are:- Redefinition of the organizational identity of the collective- Redefinition of the funding strategy for the year 2020- Creation of alliances and networking with local and national NGOs and work groups. - Redesign of institutional policy regarding human resources and team wellness. - Creation of the organization's transparency and accountability policy

I was a professor in the multicultural and bilingual programs. Between the courses I teached were multicultural agents and perspectives, philosophical thinking, current mexican challenges and world perspectives.

Here are some of the achievements during the time i was a regional manager in the Puebla office:- Consolidation and growth of the volunteer team, from 12 to 150 people. - More than 150 emergency houses built in slums inside the state.- Permanent and collaborative work with 5 communities. - Rehabilitation of the local park and center of Concepcion Capulac, a suburban community located in Amozoc, Puebla. We worked in this project with Disney Voluntears. - Installation of the first rain-catching systems in communities. - We built a permanent classroom for middle-school students in San Isidro Tlalcostepetl, a community located in San Miguel Canoa, Puebla. - National and local networking with communities, companies, education institutions, government, media and other NGOs.

I was a part of the national news portal. My main assignations were politics, security and international issues.

I was a collaborator in the peace, justice, and development area.

In charge of activity planning and development for the promotion of environmental culture; sustaintability, environmental problems and climate change workshop design.
