Developed, evaluated and facilitated specialized Life Skills-based workshops for lowsocio-economic students, ages 14 - 26, designed to help them acquire social-emotional skills neededto attain their goals, whether it be transition to high school, higher education, or attaining a job.

Developed a program that oversaw visitors and volunteers’ needs, including transportation,housing and tourism interests, as well as ensuring the use of their skills on site. Incorporated a senseof mutuality within their experience, their relationship to the organization and the larger community.

Designed and facilitated training for 10 new college students who would help facilitate communityengagement opportunities for the 800+ college students; oversaw their lessons plans, communicationwith students and community organizations, their time management and overall implementation andfollow through of the community engagement opportunities they created for students.

Facilitated service conversations in First Year Seminars and with a group of transfer students;developed service-learning materials for academic departments and resources for Service-LearningFaculty. Served as liaison between community organizations and service-learning faculty.

Mentored children ranging from ages 7 - 16 while gardening, harvesting, cooking, playing, andcleaning to help develop their problem solving, curiosity and team-working skills to help thembecome conscious, supportive, leaders.

Designed and led weekly service trip to Burton Street Community Center through Big Brothers/Big Sisters program.
