• Meeting and consulting clients about the project objectives• Organizing and coordinating various types of research projects: 1. Desk research (scanning the market, using internal and official data bases) 2. Qualitative and quantitative researches (Customer’s behavior and satisfaction, focus groups, in-depth interviews…) 3. • Responsible for business development• Participation in different quantitative and qualitative research projects in the Middle East and North Africa region• Consulting clients about project requirements and objectives• Designing research methods (qualitative/quantitative surveys)• Writing proposals and quotations, agreeing timescales and budget• Monitoring work progress, analyzing, translating and presenting results
