As the Office coordinator my job is to aid and assist all the members in the office and ensure they are well equipped to complete their day to day task. My goal is to provide everyone with all the skills and information they need. As a customer relations associate my role in the company is to ensure satisfaction with all customers, to do so I developed skills which have improved my cooperative and communication skills. Which gave me the tools to navigate dissatisfied customers and deescalate situations and ensure positive ongoing relationships with property managers, home owners and other business owners.

As a sales associate at nike working at both a factory and clearance location I learned to adapt my approach to costumers sales accordingly. My time spend at the factory location I learned to listen to the customers need and expectations of the item and find the best suited product for their needs. Providing them with a variety of different options and inputting my product knowledge to help the consumer understand their investment. On the other hand at the clearance location I focused on presenting the customers with a product which met their price point while still providing the most optimal performance.
