I began my journey in hospitality at just 15, starting as a chambermaid. After graduating from the University of Tourism and Hospitality Management in Opatija, my dedication and aptitude helped me advance through the ranks: from housekeeping, animation, reception to becoming the youngest hotel director in the company by age 24.I have always been and still am a steadfast advocate for upholding operational standards as I firmly believe that the cornerstone of thriving hotel operations lies on ensuring guest satisfaction while fostering a motivated and satisfied workforce. To me, standards are not just expectations; they are the promise of quality we offer to each and every guest, as well as staff members.
