My duties for the past 3 years at Living Spaces Furniture have entailed processing sales transactions, invoicing orders, answering phone calls and chats, assisting callers with changing delivery dates, converting delivery to pick up and vice versa, adding or deleting items off an order as well as processing warranty claim resolutions. Place outbound calls to follow up with guests who could not be fully helped on the initial call. At one point I was part of the chat team communicating with guests via website to resolve orders with issues reported current and past such as rescue deliveries and replacements.
