- Receive and organize shipments of wholesale products efficiently- Coordinate weekly schedules for the team- Oversee and maintain daily clean work environment- Manage cash balancing during closing procedures

- Coordinate social media strategies on various platforms including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.- Prepare and present weekly reports on lead generation, customer engagement, and community interaction across social media channels.- Ensure the seamless execution of livestream book conferences and readings.- Contribute to the digital transformation and modernization efforts of the small publishing house.
