Maintain a team of four staff while overseeing their caseloads, up to twenty-four families at a time. Ensure documentation is accurate per our contractual obligations and submitting to MDHHS on time. Facilitate weekly supervision with individual staff as well as bi-weekly team meetings. Primarily responsible for training new staff and assist in the hiring process of new team members, as needed. Submit administrative duties, to include payroll, mileage, PTO requests, and month end documentation.

My job duties include maintaining a case load of six families within Oakland County where I am solely responsible for scheduling and following through weekly in home visits. Data entry and networking includes weekly correspondence with referring workers and monthly reports and weekly case notes for each family on my case load. I also research area resources and pertinent interventions for the families I service.
