Carbonated Soft Drinks Marketing Manager - Coca-Cola Franchise
I led the Trade Marketing team for Soda in projects with the brands to gain share volume and share value. Along with the Nielsen channels team (Bar, Trad, AS 1-4 E as 5+ and Key Accounts like Carrefour, Grupo Pão de Açúcar, McDonald's, etc.) and Market Intelligence, we translated Coca-Cola Company Brazil's strategies into tactical developments for the commercial team, in 108 channels mapped according to consumption occasions to obtain the best performance and profitability in the mix. I led the launch of strategic packaging for regional gains such as mini-pet to control markup in trade and LS (Litter Size) with projects to encourage Social Entrepreneurship in Class C (Affordability) aimed at balancing society and gaining value for the brands. Through BSC (Balanced Score Card), the Marketing team unfolded brand experience projects to increase the profitability of the mix and guided commercial teams. I led marketing themes in the S&OP (Sales and Operation Planning) committee with the goal of connecting the volume objectives of clients to production and logistics to reduce exchanges and expiries through Communication and weekly exchanges that united teams from all areas for the exchange of best actions and results. I was part of the construction of Coca-Cola's legacies in the 2010 World Cup by immersing with FIFA and the South African team for learnings to be applied in Brazil.
