I managed to establish the technical & quality division and the on-site laboratory at Repurpose It while supervising the laboratory technical staff. Besides, I registered multiple construction materials - including road base materials, glass sand, railway ballast, soils and bound & slightly bound pavement materials - against government regulatory roads, railway, and water authorities in Victoria. I also monitored and ensured QC testing meet ITPs and products complied with relevant specifications and standards. Additionally, I assisted in various R&D projects to lead business goals.

Technical support to the investigatory group GMC (Group of Composite Materials) in researching the development of an alternative concrete: - Setting up, calibrating and maintaining laboratory research equipment.- Implementing laboratory operations to develop various types of geopolymers following specified procedures.- Testing of different samples using equipment such as the Universal Testing Machine and microscopes. - Data collection and analysis of a variety of outcomes from mechanical testing of material samples using computer modelling software such as Origin. - Reporting the outcomes through regular progress reports and project meetings.- Liaising with colleagues in manufacturing, technical and scientific support.- Undertaking main duties to a high level with minimal supervision.
