My professional journey spans 13 years filled with enriching experiences. Shortly after graduating and returning from a three-month exchange program in England, I was hired full-time by the technology company Huawei.Throughout my career, I have always worked in multinational companies and progressed from Junior Analyst to Project Leader. I feel extremely privileged to have held internal leadership positions in major Chinese, Korean, and French technology companies.I am a dynamic and resourceful professional, hands-on, hard-working, and organized. I consistently work well both teams led and self-initiative projects.In my current position at Capgemini, I serve as a Scrum Master within a team for Bradesco Bank, one of the largest financial institutions in Brazil, assisting them in the development and enhancement of new functionalities in the "Hiring and Movement" sector.As a Scrum Master, I am an agile facilitator responsible for driving, supporting, and leading changes in teams, enhancing work practices across various projects, especially in terms of collaboration, process, and delivery. For me, the pursuit of knowledge is a journey without borders. I have a fascination for learning about a variety of subjects, and even though some of them are not directly related to technology, I always discover valuable insights that enrich my understanding in the field. The diversity of perspectives I encounter when connecting with people from different areas inspires me deeply. I am naturally curious and love understanding how people think and how things work. I am constantly seeking out new areas to study, within or outside my field of expertise.
