I worked on the TouristEye Project management at Lonely Planet UK for the integration of the TouristEye technology in Lonely Planet, as well as content and community integration into Lonely Planet Spain. My position necessitated that I spend one month in Nashville, Tennessee, doing consultancy tasks in order to help the Lonely Planet mobile team with the inclusion of TouristEye.Hence, tasks were related to community and content management, public relations, training and consultancy in the TouristEye integration project. I worked as an on-board guide at Madrid's tourist buses company. Tasks were linked to passenger information, tours management and cash register. Most outstanding skills I could improve were related to customer support, such as facing crisis situations, and skills linked to tourist services management.

I worked as a hostess in Audioguide service at Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, in Madrid. Improved skills were especially related to customer support. Additionally, the collaboration with other departments let me learn how customer services work in a museum or how to solve customer complaints in the said field.

During my internship I was working as a travel agent. It was my first step into the job market. In this role I got involved in a great part of the selling process from attracting potencial customer to loyalty.Main skills acquired were customer support, communication and digital platforms.
