I've worked for the past 13 years with Digital experiences, breaking down complex problems into feasible solutions. My main strengths are in design strategy and finding new insights to guide product development.I am currently working at Zendesk, a company that created a lot of solutions for Contact Centers, specifically focusing on the WFM product.Before this, I have worked on a similar company, Talkdesk, also on the area of solutions for Contact Centers, where I had experience working in a collaborative way conducting sessions with users, designing new features and improving the products. I've also led teams with 3 direct reports, and my main concern was fully support the team, removing impediments, providing them a great work x life ballance, getting the team motivated and aligning the user value with business goals and tech feasibility.I also had management responsibilities involved hiring process, performance reviews, strategic meetings and mentoring.Previously, I worked at SIDIA, an Samsung R&D Center located in Brazil, where my work had the opportunity to influence Samsung generations of smartphones and other digital products.Previously, I worked at AmazonSat - a regional portal of web news and television - where I had the opportunity to start creating UX/UI for websites.I’m really passioned about helping people, so I use my design to do things that can impact people’s life in some way.
