I am a designer with over ten years of experience in branding, strategic design and product design, all based on a user-centered design approach.For the last 5 years I have been dedicated to the fields of branding, design and communication, leading the brand experience at Volotea (a fast-growing European low-cost airline). I oversee the development of the brand identity and ensure brand consistency throughout the customer journey. I also actively contribute to brand strategy and customer experience projects. Prior to this, I co-founded a design studio, focused on delivering holistic design solutions that align with business objectives and user needs. Additionally, I have a background in product design, where I led the entire process, from research and ideation to concept development, validation, prototyping, and technical specification.Throughout my career, I've honed my skills in project management, design production, art direction, team leadership, and delivering design value across multiple projects and stakeholders.I describe myself as a creative, analytical, and empathetic professional with a strategic mindset.
