I was responsible for architecture, design and implementation on the backend. Introduced the transaction infrastructure for platform features, which reduced the corrupt application states by 99%.Improved the performance of Serialisation Service used for Version and control, Templates, ImportExport flow by 3x.

Client Communication Service - Stabilized the platform and hence Issues reported by clients reduced drastically. Analyzed data in AWS RDS instance to improve the performance and fixed the out of memory exceptions issue as well. Fixed the issues on environment specific deployments, logging and support options for internal teams. Application Monitoring and Production Support - Implemented AppDynamics to Application and added alerting system which notifies the team when there is any issue with the infrastructure and it helped in reducing the code call by 10%.
