Managed the development team through a transition from a modified Waterfall methodology to Scrum. Led the transition of the product from an offshore vendor to a wholly owned subsidiary of the company in India. Also led the sustaining engineering team and a performance engineering team.During my tenure with Connected Backup, we transitioned from Iron Mountain Digital to Autonomy and were finally acquired by HP.
